Kalinga University has not yet announced any dates related to the admission process for the BSc program. However, the application form for the KALSEE entrance exam is currently available. Candidates who wish to apply for admission to the BSc programme are required to fill out the KALSEE application form. The last date for submitting the KALSEE application form is expected to be sometime between July and August. Therefore, candidates are advised to stay alert for any updates related to the KALSEE exam date.

Direct admission to BA at Kalinga University is not applicable. As per the university's admission guidelines, candidates must appear for the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) an entrance exam conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of Kalinga University.
Candidates must complete twelve years of school education from any recognised board to be eligible for the KALSEE exam.

Candidates can apply for the BA programme at Kalinga University by taking the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE). Students can register online mode. Enrollment in the courses is through the KALSEE qualifying examination. Candidates are also required to complete an application form. Kalinga University offers various scholarships to students based on certain terms and conditions. Students has to abide by the terms, in order to enjoy the scholarships benefits. The terma and condition are as follows:
- The scholarship is only applicable for the entire course duration. For eg: A BA student will be able to enjoy the benefit of the scholarship for the next three years until the degree is completed.
- The Scholarship applies only to the tuition fee.
- The scholarship will be withdrawn if the student fails to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance as per state rules and appears in both CT in every Semester/Year.

While apply for the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) candidates are required to pay the KALSEE 2024 application fee in online mode via credit card/debit card/internet banking. The KALSEE application fee is as mentioned below:
