KNRUHS admissions are generally based on national-level entrance exam scores for various courses. The university selects students based on various national-level entrance exam scores, such as NEET/NEET MDS, etc. as per course requirements. KNRUHS offers more than 70 courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels. Candidates have to fulfil the eligibility requirements to apply for a course in the university. 

Candidates have to first apply for the entrance exam required for the preferred course. KNRUHS selects candidates for most of the programmes based on their entrance exam scores. The university accepts NEET-UG, NEET-PG, NEET-SS and other entrance exams for admission to specific courses. KNRUHS releases a provisional merit list or cutoff based on rank of the candidate in the accepted entrance exam. Selected candidates are called for the counselling rounds. Once selected, candidates are called for document verification and fee payment.

KNRUHS Hyderabad offers courses at the UG and PG levels in full-time mode. Admission to the respective courses is offered on the basis of merit and valid scores of accepted entrance exams. The initial selection is on the basis of minimum aggregate of Class 12 and graduation fo rthe admission to UG and PG level programmes. Furthermore, candidates must secure valid scores in entrance exams such as Telangana NEET, TS EAMCET, NEET PG, AYUSH, NEET MDS, and others.

KNRUHS Warangal admissions are offered based on merit and entrance. The university offers admission based on NEET UG, NEET PG, NEET SS and other entrance exam scores. KNRUHS offers courses at UG, PG, and doctoral levels in various fields such as Medicine, Dental, Physiotherapy, Nursing, etc. Apart from valid entrance scores, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% to 60% in Class 12 for UG level admissions. Whereas, for PG level admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% to 55% in graduation.

KNRUHS admissions are offered on the basis of entrance and would require for candidates to meet the cutoff rank or score in exams such as NEET UG, NEET PG, and NEET SS. KNRUHS offers admission on the basis of valid Class 12 for UG level courses and graduation for PG level courses. In addition to this, candidates must secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams. Furthermore, candidates who are successfully shortlisted for the admission process must appear for counselling for the seat allotment. For final admission, candidates must pay the fees and confirm the seat.
