You must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for admission in BTech. A minimum of 45% marks is required for Open Category and 40% for reserved categories. Admission is based on TNEA cut-off score calculated out of 200. The cut-off includes 100 marks for Mathematics and 100 for Physics + Chemistry combined.
