No, Karnataka PGCET is not compulsory to take admission in VTU. KPGCET is one of the accepted exams for admission in VTU. But, VTU also accepts other exams such as CAT/XAT/KMAT/CMAT, etc. for its MBA admission.

Karnataka PGCET cutoff varies over different courses, campuses, and cutoff rounds. Amrita School of Arts & Sciences, Mysuru admission is only merit-based. The school offers admission based on scores obtained in the last qualifying exam, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round to shortlist candidates for specific courses.

No, karnataka PGCET is not enough for JSS academy of higher education and research  B.Tech admission. It requires other entrance exams like COMEDK or JEE main.

The admission to this course is very competative beacause of difficulty of entrance exams and the no.of students applying for this course are high.

Quantative analysis  of karnataka pgcet  exam has a similar syllabus as quantative aptitudr of cat.

The second round of counselling for Karnataka PGCET 2023 has already concluded. The second round allotment results were released on February 14, 2024 [1].

The counselling process typically happens around the same time each year. You can keep an eye on the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) website around the same time next year (likely January-February 2025) for updates on the 2024 PGCET counselling schedule, including the second round.
