There is not much difference between CSE and IT as few subjects are different in last 3 or 4 sem in engineering. Diploma will help you either in CSE or IT. Although there is not much government job available in software engineering. So, take your decision wisely. All the best.

Christ is highly reputed. It's name has a Goodwill Nationwide spread.

The fees is around Rs.50,000-75,000 per semester in various universities for M.Tech distance course in Bangalore. You just collect more information on this. So, all the best for future.

I'll prefer you to take admission in NIE as this college is far better than the REVA college as in REVA, you will a culture of study and innovation all the students there are always involved in any sort of innovative actives and the teachers also support then, but this is not in the REVA college.

As per my knowledge, Christ University is the top university for B.Com and NMIMS, and Symbiosis are the top universities for BBA, so I think that Christ University is the best option for B.Com.

Presidency Law University (PLU) is the best option than any college in the list of college you have mentioned above as in the PLU has good and more qualified faculty than any other college.
