Presidency University is a university that was established in the year 2015. It has a syllabus that is completely practical so that you are ready for the corporate world as soon as you step out of the college. Rest, I would leave to your judgement as a google search would give you the necessary information.

Presidency University was established in 2015 and the first batch of B.Tech students is yet to pass out, hence I won't be able to comment on that. But looking at the companies that came in for the MBA department, the placement for B.Tech would be really good.

It is the counselling process for the seat allotment by respective states against the reverted seats from All India 15% quota. Candidates who have qualified the exam can participate in the counselling irrespective of their domicile. Candidates have to fill up fresh forms to apply for it. This gives a better chance to claim a government seat irrespective of your lower marks than actual state cut-off. This round is mainly for deemed universities.
