I don't know about Jain University, Bangalore so I cannot comment on this. But here in UPES, BBA course is above average.
If you compare placements with the fee, you will not be much happy. But I know some seniors here who have started their own start-ups.
So you will learn a lot of things here.

Placements are good. Many companies come to our college. Placements will be conducted in series of rounds companies like Microsoft, Tata, Toyota etc. Packages will be around 3 lakhs per annum and it will vary for different companies.

Which category do you belong to? If you are from general category, your fees including hostel, food, tuition fees including moot court, etc. will be around 2,38,000 rs. approximately.
