The chances are good to get admission in Manipal University for B.Arch with 80%. Candidates must have:
Mandatory Subjects : Mathematics, English
Candidate must have secured 40% marks in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)

Kindly refer to last year's cut-off of admission in REVA University of NATA. Keep your rank with +/- 2k and opt for admissions.

I think, that you are not eligible for any good government Universities or good private universities. But, you can get admissions through management quota in some non-reputed universities of India.
