I have studied Kannada language in SSLC as a 3rd language. Do I need to write Kannada compulsorily as a language for Karnataka KPSC?

Yes, Kannada is a mandatory subject in KPSC.

You can get admission for B.Sc and M.Sc in computer application in good colleges in Bangalore, but your PUC percentage should be good enough so that you don't need to take any entrance exam.
