GIBS Business School (GIBS Bangalore) is an average college. There are other good B-schools for pursuing MBA but getting admission into a good college depends on your percentile. Based on your score you can apply accordingly.

Both Manipal and VIT are very good institutes for engineering.
The advantage of the courses offered in VIT is flexible course system and timing. A course will be taught by different professors at different times. As far as I know the cut off required for NMIMS Hyderabad and Bangalore is 200 + and also you need a sectional cut off of 70 in QS to get a call from these colleges.
But don't lose hope. As CAT result is already out and XAT is going to be released soon many colleges will start their Interview process soon and there is a chance to reduce the cut off for NMIMS Colleges. You may expect a call in future. Hope for the best.
