Yes as per the latest guidlines of UGC if a student withdraws from the program before a specified date, they may be eligible for a 90% refund (10% for deducting administrative charge). Detailed information can be obtained from the admissions office or you may even look at the UGC guidelines to check if you are eligible for refund.
But also you must keep this in mind that usually this refund process takes a 3 to 4 months time.
