The Ministry of Education, Government of India, approved the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) as a ranking technique to evaluate Indian higher education institutions. On September 29, 2015, the framework was introduced by the Minister after receiving approval from the former Ministry of Human Resource Development (now known as the Ministry of Education).

The following is a list of the general requirements for MBA admission in Bangalore that accept MAT scores:
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in any discipline from an accredited university or other organisation with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50%.

There is no comparison between NMIMS Mumbai and Christ University Bangalore. NMIMS is a privately owned institution whereas Christ University is a deemed-to-be institution.
In rankings too, Christ was ranked #84 amongst the top 100 Indian Universities by Outlook ICARE and NMIMS has been ranked in the top 10 list of Management schools in India by the likes of Business Today, India Today, Outlook, etc.
The average salary of an NMIMS graduate is INR 17.5 LPA and that of a Christ University graduate is only around INR 6 LPA.
NMIMS Mumbai can be compared to SIBM Pune, DMS IIT Delhi, DMS IIT MADRAS, Vgsom IIT Kharagpur, etc. Whereas, Christ Uni

NMIMS Bengluru eligibility to apply for MBA admission has different criteria for different campuses and different programmes
- Applicant must be a graduate with 50% marks
- The candidate should be registered for NMAT by GMAC 2023 and must score well to become eligible for admission.
- The candidates, who have passed or, have appeared for graduation examination from a University where Grade Point Average is given, must produce the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained in writing from the University concerned.

No, NMIMS does not accept MAT score.
NMIMS conducts its own exam called NMAT by GMAC through which you can apply for admission in all its campuses.
- Admission for all the Full Time MBA Programmes is through NMAT by GMAC exam
- You can apply for more than one Programme and more than one campus. NMIMS has campuses at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Indore.
- NMIMS will accept candidates from the NMAT Main examination only i.e. the first take of NMAT exam. No NMAT Retake score will be accepted.
