After qualifying the KARTET exam, the candidates are awarded with the eligibility Certificate. KARTET does not guarantee any job after the candidate qualifies the exam. Though, the candidates will become eligible for the recruitment exam after qualifying for the KARTET exam. The recruitment exam for recruiting teachers in the schools of Karnataka. The candidates can apply for the different vacancies according to their eligibility. The Karnataka government releases the vacancies for the teachers according to the needs of the state.

Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 5 need to qualify KARTET Paper 1. Candidates planning to teach Classes 6 to 8 need to qualify for KARTET Paper 2. Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 8 need to qualify both papers. The candidates have to apply for the papers according to their eligibility set by the board. The educational qualification criteria has been given below for the candidates:

Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KARTET) is conducted by the Centralized Admission Cell (CAC), Office of the Commissioner of Public Instruction, Bangalore, Karnataka. The main purpose of the KARTET exam is to determine the eligibility of the candidates who want to become Classes 1 to 8 teachers in government schools of Karnataka. The KARTET Result 2023 was announced by the Public Education Department on October 21, 2023. Candidates can check their KARTET Result by logging in to the official website. Candidates can download the Karnataka TET Result by logging into the official website with the required credentials.
Earlier, KARTET 2023 exam was conducted on September 3, 2023. Candidates who have obtained the minimum qualifying marks were declared pass in the KARTET 2023. Qualified candidates will be provided with a KARTET certificate that makes them eligible to apply for teacher recruitment in the state.
