Based on the data available it is difficult to determine whether Cluster University is more expensive than Kashmir University. The data available provide information about the fee structure of Cluster University of Srinagar and Cluster University of Jammu, but there is no information about the fee structure of Kashmir University. It is recommended to search for the fee structure of Kashmir University to compare the fees of both universities.

Cluster University of Srinagar is a relatively new institution and, as a result, its placement record is not as established as that of Kashmir University.
