for getting a  admission at Trivandrum Government Engineering College through KEAM exam, your required marks, percentile, and rank will be based on what branch you want to get into, since the competition differs. Typically, for trendy branches like Computer Science and Electronics, you need to target a rank between the top 1,000 to 2,000. This typically means securing more than 350 out of 600 in KEAM, along with a good Class 12 percentage, as the rank is determined based on 50:50 weightage of KEAM marks and marks scored in the board exams.  For less competitive branches, u would need to be in the rank of 3,000 to 5,000.

The KEAM examination will lead to the announcement of its results around May for the Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering (BMCE). However, this date changes every year, and to obtain the right date, it is still prudent to check the official web portal of the Commissioner for Entrance Exams (CEE) Kerala or the web portal of BMCE1.

KEAM results are fundamentally important for the students as they will decide whether they are given admission to pursue the various engineering programs at BMCE. Afterward, the candidates will be called for the process of counseling, whereby they will select their preferred course and stream depending on their ranks and availability.
