No, you cannot get admission to ILAHIA College of Engineering and Technology (ICET) in B.E. or B.Tech without qualifying for the Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical Entrance Examination (KEAM). The Government of Kerala conducts KEAM, and admission to ICET is based on KEAM scores and the norms of self-financing educational institutions.
Some eligibility criteria for admission to ICET's B.E. or B.Tech programme include:
Being an Indian national
Scoring at least 45% in 12th grade for general category students
Being at least 17 years old
Scoring at least 45% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics combined

Around 169 college comes under KEAM.KEAM stands for Kerala engineering, architecture and medical courses. They were specialised in giving coaching for the B.E and B.Tech courses. And they doesn't include any physical education courses. Also entrance exams where conducted for all those professional courses listed above. For more information please visit the official website of KEAM.Also most of the colleges in Kerala comes under KEAM.

Here are the closing ranks for the B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering and B.Tech. in Food Engineering courses at Kelappaji College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology (KCAET) for the 2023 KEAM exam:
B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering: Round 1 closing rank was 11,325 and the last round closing rank was 15,570
B.Tech. in Food Engineering: Round 1 closing rank was 18,665 and the last round closing rank was 22,563
To be eligible for admission to KCAET through the KEAM exam, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Have at least 45% marks in aggregate and in each class 12 subject
Pass the KEAM exam

The tentative date for the publication of KEAM 2025 scores is June 2025. The tentative dates for the release of the engineering rank list and the facility to submit and verify 10+2 marks are also July 2025.
The KEAM 2025 exam will be held from April 24 to 28, 2025. The registration process is expected to begin in January 2025.
