The application fee for Kerala NEET counselling is INR 625 for General category and INR 250 for SC category candidates. There is no fee for the Scheduled Tribe, ST. Candidates need to pay the fee online while registering for the MBBS admissions.

Yes, candidates are given an opportunity to submit objections or challenges against the Kerala NEET seat allotment result. At first, CEE Kerala releases the provisional seat allotment result. Based on that, candidates can submit objections through email within the stipulated schedule. The counselling authorities will review the objections and release the final seat allotment result.

Students can make changes or corrections in the Kerala NEET 2026 counselling using the process shared below-
- Go to cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Click on KEAM 2026 - Candidate Portal.
- Enter the Application Number and Password.
- Click on Application Form.
- Verify and make necessary changes or upload documents.

The Kerala NEET UG 2024 counselling process started on 27 March 2024 with the registration process. The last date for the registration process was extended till 19 April 2024, 5 PM. The document upload had to be done by 24 April 2024. The counselling process usually takes three to four months, ending with the stray vacancy round in October.

A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 10,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good medical college in Kerala. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Kerala NEET.

The Commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE) Kerala, or the counselling authority for Kerala NEET counselling, will release the Kerala NEET 2025 cutoff after the conclusion of the counselling process. Moreover, after each round of counselling, a seat allotment list and merit list will be released, which will indicate the lowest rank or score at which a seat was offered, based on which the round-wise Kerala NEET cutoff can be calculated.

Yes, after the declaration of the Kerala NEET UG counselling seat allotment result, candidates will be given the option to upgrade the seat choice. Based on that, the counselling authorities will upgrade the seats based on the choices entered by candidates, in case the desired seat is vacant after the institute reporting process is concluded.

Eligible candidates willing to participate in the Kerala NEET UG counselling process will have to fill and lock the choice of seats based on the seat matrix. If a candidate fulfills the cutoff or admission criteria of the institute of their choice, they will be allotted the seats.
