KIET University

KIET prepares the merit list considering Class 12 (PCM) percentage, JEE Main or KEE scores of the candidates. The exact weightage is announced in the admission brochure.

KIET University conducts KEE or KIET Entrance Examination for admission to its BTech courses. However, aspirants can also get admission in BTech based on their JEE Main or CUET scores. The university also conducts scores of candidates in Class 12 PCM for admission.

While KIET conducts its own KEE, it also accepts scores from JEE Main and CUET. The admission will be granted based on merit of these entrance tests or scores in the qualifying exam.

To apply for KIET, candidates must meet minimum eligibility criteria. They must have qualified 10+2 with 55-60% aggregate in PCM and minimum 45% in each individual subject.

The KIET application fee is a non-refundable INR 500. This must be paid online through the website's official website to successfully submit the application form.

KIET exam is based on curriculum of candidate's qualifying level. For UG programs, the syllabus typically covers Class 10 or 10+2 level subjects.

The KIET entrance examination is conducted in English and follows a structured format. Candidates successfully submitting their application forms will be eligibile to appear in the exam.

The exam body, KIET offers B.Tech in Computer Science, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering. Specialized branches like VLSI Design and Mechatronics etc.
