KIET Group of Institutions stands at Engineering Rank Band (151-200) Pharmacy Rank (77) and Innovation Rank Band (11-50) in the NIRF rankings. All eligible programs for KIET are NBA accredited. It also has A+ NAAC accreditation.

APEE results are used for admission to M.E/M.Tech and M.Pharma programs. Applicants are excused from taking the entrance exam if they have a valid GATE, GPAT, or CMAT score. The final admission of qualified candidates will be done through counselling.

CUET-PG Last Round score for KIET Group of Institutions for 2024 in MCA is 6941 AIR for general category. For MBA admission the college accepts CAT and UPCAT ranks. However, applicants must hold a UG degree for the admissions.
