Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology reserves some seats for reserved category candidates. About 30% of seats of each category is reserved for women candidates applying for BTech/ BTech-MTech Biotechnology programme. Check below the category-wise reservation:

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology offers reservation as per the rules. Applicants filling the application form of KIITEE have to produce the relevant documents at the time of admission. KIITEE reservation criteria is mentioned below.
- 30% seats of each category will be reserved for women candidate (only applicable for B.Tech/ B.Tech & M.Tech. (Dual Degree) Biotechnology.
- 3% seats of KIITEE-2025 will be reserved for PC candidates. (Only locomotory disabilities).
- 15% & 7.5% seats of KIITEE 2025 quota seats will be reserved for Schedule Caste & Scheduled Tribe (by birth) respectively.
