As you openly told about your grade, it's good. It mainly depends on your basics, if you like programming and debugging then you can choose CSE. Mechanical will be the easiest branch after CSE as we can answer the questions from seeing the drawings. You can opt for the civil branch also if you like drawing and planning.

KIIT has been one of the best institutes from the last few years, leading university in India with all the facilities and one of the best infrastructure. You can pursue any type of graduation or PG degree here. On the other hand, Christ University in Bangalore is also quite impressive in terms of infrastructure and placements. So, I can say that both of them provides a quality education and placements for the deserving ones.

For any IT branches, it is always 100% almost every year. There may be some problem for core branches but CS IT and etc. Are best placed always. So, you can take any one of them without any hesitation.

KIIT is one of the best private institutes in India. Not only placements the faculty members and infrastructure of KIIT are excellent. Placement records keep on increasing every year. For 2019 graduating batch placement activities are going with the full swim and almost all the students are placed in IT branches. Placement is not going that much good for core branches especially civil and Mechanical for time being but companies come during last semester. For previous years placement is always above 85% with and for last year the highest package was INR. 39 lacs.
