Yes, the candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech. Courses under management quota. The minimum eligibility required for B.Tech. Admission is a minimum of 60% marks in a 10+2 level examination. The minimum pass percentage might vary among institutes.

The cut off for B.com hons. at KIIT University requiring a minimum of 80 percentile for general category candidates. The cutoff is based on ranks which are-
1050534 closing rank and 1012969 opening rank .

Marks is not declared by KIIT in their KIITEE exam.
So all we can judge is by rank in KIITEE exam. Here we go: -
For General Male:
Up to 5K: Computer Science and Engineering
Up to 11k: Information Technology
Upto 15k: Computer Science and System Engineering / Computer Science and Communication Engineering
For SC/ST candidate:
In my experience they will get all the branches irrespective of their KIITEE rank. They definitely need to appear in KIITEE exam.
For General Women:
There is slightly higher rank relaxation like 1k to 2k more compared to General Man.
