Majority of students in the hostel mess of KJ's Educational Institute are happy with the quality of food as 90 percent of the students rated the food quality to be good and excellent. The mess provides vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes and after a weekly rotational basis it brings new food to the menu list. The menu is supervised by a team of competent cook and supervisors to ensure that the food is prepared in the right hygiene standards and served hot. There is also a student mess committee that offer information and improvements in the quality of foods within the institute. With a capacity to serve over 5,000 meals per day, the mess is open from 6:00 in the morning to 9:00 in the evening with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tasty bites in between.
