Hello,
That's interesting. 8 years work experience.
As per me, you should fill the form of IMU (Indian Maritime University) as this will give you the best option of your choice.
Good luck.

I am presuming that you want to take up B.Com or BBA. If you have studied the commerce stream in class 11th and class 12th, then Maths is not compulsory. However, if you are from the Science or Humanities stream, then Maths is compulsory.

Hi Pragati,
Yes, the faculty of M.Com is brilliant. It would be a great decision, if you take up M.Com in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. They give lots of facilities as well. Second, there is an active placement process. Don't worry about it. Just do well in the path your selected. Wishing you good luck.

The level of study I think is same at both the respective places. The only thing that make amity a little bit less preferable is their fee structure because Amity is costlier than iem. One more thing from now 2017 batches I heard that iem is going to be autonomous so this is also a point of consideration. If you don't have any issue with that discipline thing of iem

In case, you can get a chance in Hansraj College, go ahead without thinking much. Kolkata has poor student crowd. Moreover, the faculty of SXC has degraded. I don't know much about Delhi University when it comes to faculty, but given that most of the books authored by the professors of DU, sell like hot cakes all over in India, for all professional exams, I can easily assume, that the professors must also be pretty good there. SXC, however, teaches you one of the most important things in Life I. e. discipline. You wake up 5 AM and reach sharply by 6 AM. There are no excuses for securing low scores in examinations, and abov
