School documents-Xth and XIIth Admit Card+Marksheet+Pass Certificates. If you have taken admission in a college before, then a transfer certificate issued from that college, cancelling your admission in that college. Proof of your selection in JU (you might bring the admit card, just to feel safe).
Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC. Income Certificate of guardian (s).
ID-proof
Photographs (bring 5 in total).
Edit: I forgot to mention this, but if this is related to Master's degree, keep the graduation mark sheet. Keep the graduation documents as a proof that you're a graduate. Get a photocopy of all these documents, and never submit the original to anyone. I think the authorities might take the photocopies and keep those with them. Also, please read the checklist given on the website.
