No, admission at Rajasthan Technical University to a BTech programme is done only on the basis of merit in JEE Main. The seat allotment process is carried out through REAP counselling. There is no other provision for admission. Further, candidates seeking admission must also check the eligibility requirements for REAP before filling out the application form.

Please note that the fee for admission application and/or processing is non-refundable. Once a student has been admitted, they can only request a refund of the fee if they fill out the Refund Request Form provided by the University within the specified time limits as follows:
