CLC DU LLB is a 3 year course and for that admissions are not possible after 12th. You have two options, either take admission in 5yr LLB course or do a graduation of 2/3 year or more and then apply for LLB. also, diplomas don't work. The minimum need for LLB is being a graduate as it is a professional course.
