1. A Lawyer is an Advocate

Dear Student, For legal aptitude you've three things. You're provided with principle/s and then there are facts. Then you've the options from which you need to choose. The first thing to keep in mind is that the principle is the ultimate. Don't ever try to apply the general knowledge you have about the law while solving your questions. If the principle says theft is not an offence then for the 0.30 seconds you take to solve the question you must abide by that. Dear Sir, A lawyer is someone who is a graduate in law. A person who has been to law school and has an LL.B. Degree. A lawyer cannot practice in courts. After State Bar Council registration, student has to apply for Test which is conducted half yearly for enrollment in Bar Council of India.
