To prepare well for the PU UGLAW exam-
- Make a list of important topic
- Collect the question papers
- Refer to the best available books and make short notes
- Read currect affairs and GK based questions daily
- Solve question paper for other national level exam such as CLAT, AILET, etc.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate can apply for BA LLB programme at Barkatuallah University. There is a relaxation in the aggregate for reserved category candidates. Those who belong to OBC category need to secure at leas 42% abd 40% is for SC/ ST category aspirants.

The entrance test for admission to the BA LLB and BCom LLB at the Panjab University is considered to be of moderate level. The questions asked in the PU UGLaw entrance exam are asked from current events. However, to crack the exam in first attempt, candidates must refer to the best books and along with that practice question papers to get an overall idea about the exam. With the right preparation material and strategy, cracking PU UGLaw will be easy.

Yes, 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in PU UGLaw exam and candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer.

Candidates will be asked 20 questions from Legal Aptitude section in the PU UGLAW exam. Candidates will be askd questions from Torts, Law of Crimes, Vicarious Liability, Strict Liability, International Law, Legal Awareness covering Constitutional Law and Polity, Contracts and Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Rights, etc. To prepare for this exam, candidates must read the bare acts, practice questions and refer to the previous year papers.

The PU UGLAW Question paper will comprise the questions in GK and Currect affairs from the following topics: Currect and important developments in the areas of sports, geopolitics and important international agreements, UN bodies, Eminent personalities, Geographical event, Awards and honours, etc. Since this section will cover around 60 questions in the entire question paper, aspirants must practice as many questions from the sample papers and previous year papers as they can. At the same time, read newspapers and magzines for current events and updates.
