Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders with US citizenship are eligible to appear for CLAT 2027, and they should select OCI (or NO, they are not strictly Indian citizens by passport) under the nationality/citizenship category fields in the application form. OCI and PIO cardholders are recognised alongside Indian Nationals and NRIs as eligible candidates for CLAT.
