There are about 13 Law colleges in Bhubaneswar including 10 private and 1 government college. Admissions usually based on merit basis or CLAT exam score basis.
The top colleges include SOA University - Siksha 'O' Anusandhan, KIIT School of Law, Utkal University, Xavier Law School, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, Birla Global University, and many others.

Yes, there is a proper and centralised counselling process for MH CET Law, called the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). It's managed by the State Common Entrance Test Cell. The process usually happens in three rounds for both LLB 3-year and LLB 5-year courses.
