For most B.A LL.B and LL.B ( 3 years) you are eligible but may not be for some NLU. However, NLU also permits backlog to some extent.

The basic difference between a 3-year and a 5-year LLB is their entry point. If you already have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, you can opt for a 3-year LLB course. But a 5-year integrated LLB can be pursued right after Class 12. It combines the study of an undergraduate degree with Law. Both options are fine; neither one is better than the other. It just depends on the suitability of a student.

The 5 year BBA LLB hons at SOA requires you to have passed 10+2 with at least 45% for obc, 40% for sc/st or your may qualify CLAST/LSAT provided you meet those higher secondary marks. Admission is based on your SAAT score (200marks) and in the previous cycle the ROUND 1 closing scores hovered around 75-general, 70-obc, 65-sc and 60-st.

To secure a comfortable margin 80+ SAAT 2025. Official cut offs are published on SOA's SAAT portal (SOASAAT.IN) immediately after counseling round.
