To get a seat in the BA LLB course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, candidates are required  to complete the basic eligibility criteria first. Then candidates must have achieved a valid score in the entrance exam CLAT/NMISM LAT. Further, candidates are required to fill out the application form and submit important documents.

After the conclusion of the complete application form, the college releases the merit list of selected candidates. Following this, candidates can confirm their seat after paying the requisite amount of course fee.

The total seat intake of the BA LLB (Hons) course at KPMSL is 180. To get a seat in the programme, candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% from any stream. Moreover, for the admission process, the university accepts the relevant scores of entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams for this course are CLAT and NMIMS LAT, followed by a counselling process.

At the time of filling out the application form for the BA LLB (Hons) course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law or in the counseling process, candidates are required to attach/submit certain documents that can prove their eligibility and identity.  The documents that shall be kept ready for the application process are

  • Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
  • Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
  • Bachelor's degree (if applicable)
  • Passport size photograph
  • Aadhar Card
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable), etc.

As per the previous academic year, the admission process at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law started in March and closed in May. The admission portal for the academic batch of 2026 is not yet open and will open in March. Candidates who qualify for the basic eligibility criteria and have valid scores in CLAT can apply for the course soon.

For now, admissions to the BA LLB (Hons) course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law are closed. As per the previous academic year, the admission process started in March and closed in May. For the exact date of admission, you need to visit the official website.

The selection process for the BA LLB (Hons) course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law is entrance-based. The university accepts the relevant scores of CLAT/NMIMS LAT. Moreover, after achieving a valid score in the mentioned entrance exam, candidates are required to go through a counseling process conducted by the college.

The accepted entrance exams for this course are CLAT and NMIMS LAT, followed by a counselling process. Candidates with a valid score in any of the entrance exams can get enrolled in the course.
