Hi, there are around 50+ best LLB colleges in Mumbai of which 15+ colleges are owned privately and 3 colleges are owned by the governmentMHCET Law and CLAT are the top entrance exams for admission to top colleges for LLM in Mumbai. Government Law College Churchgate, K.C Law College, Amity University Mumbai, Rizvi Law College, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University and D.Y. Yes, preparing for TS PGLCET can be done simultaneously with other PG Law entrance exams. Candidates can take note of the syllabus of the exams thinking to prepare and strategize accordingly. Mostly the questions asked in PG Law entrance exams are from same law subjects such as Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Criminal Law and Torts, Labour Law, etc.

For the sample questions on the TS PGLCET exam, candidates will have to visit the TGCHE website. The aspirants can also visit the Shiksha portal for previous year questions.

In TS PGLCET 2026 exam, questions will be asked from the Law subjects including Jurisprudence, Constitutinal Law, Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Labour Law, Criminal Law & Torts, IPR & Other Laws. Though, students will be asked questions from each section equally. The candidates can refer to the previous year question paper for an overview about which section to be paid the most attention.

Hi, the basic eligibility for admission to best one year LLM in India are mentioned below: 

  • Candidates are eligible to apply for admission in an LLM course if they have completed their graduation in law, that is, if the aspirant has secured his/ her LLB/ Bachelor of Law/ Five Year Integrated LLM course from a recognised university/ college.
  • Apart from this, some colleges also fix a minimum percentage requirement for the LLM course offered by them.
  • As part of the eligibility criteria shared by such colleges, candidates need to secure at least 55% aggregate marks at the graduation level in order to be considered eligible
