Anyone studying law or is about to study law can study Corporate Law. To study a three-year or five-year law course, candidates must ensure that they have completed Class 12th from a recognised board and have cleared entrance examinations such as CLAT, AILET etc. Similarly, those who wish to pursue Corporate Law at the postgraduate level can pursue it after completing LLB/integrated LLB from a recognised university. 

The Corporate Law is a specialized subset of business law. It teaches candidates about the legalities that govern businesses. Basically, it entails the rights of employees, consumers, and stakeholders. Hence, this course covers everything that is required to manage an established business and corporate ethically. 

For admission to a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs at participating central universities in India, the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an entrance exam. The legal studies CUCET test is anticipated to take place in May 2025 for the academic year 2025. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will make the precise dates and timetable public closer to the exam period.

The admissions portal for Punjab University's five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons.) programme is anticipated to begin in March 2025. In March 2025, registration for the PU UGLAW 2025 exam, which is the entrance exam for the BA LLB program, is expected to open. The tentative date of the entrance exam is April 2025.
