The merit list for the MH CET Law CAP 2024 Institute Level Round for admission to the 3-year LLB course at MIT-WPU was published on September 30, 2024.
The selection process for the LLB program at MIT-WPU is based on the following:-
- MIT-WPU CET/LSAT/CLAT/MH CET scores
- Personal interaction score
- A minimum aggregate score of 50% in 3/4 years graduation or equivalent from a Government Approved University

The general eligibility criteria for admission to the BA LLB (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) programme at Rayat Bahra University are as follows.
Educational qualification: Candidates should have passed Class 12 exam or equivalent from a recognised board. Minimum overall score of 45% for general category students. Minimum score of 40% for SC/ST candidates.
Age limit: For general type applicants' age must be under 20 years. There has been a relaxation of age for SC/ST candidates and generally the maximum age for them is 22 years.
