Yes, you can take admission in GITAM School of Law Vishakapatnam, BBA LLB without CLAT .
You have other options too. You can give these exams and get admission on the basis of your score .
- Accepting Exams: CLAT, LSAT India, GITAM GAT
To apply for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes Law you would need to apply for the GITAM Admission Test (GAT) . If you have appeared for CLAT, LSAT and scored well, then you can use the same score to get admission at GITAM.

The total tuition fee for BBA LLB at GITAM School of Law Vishakhapatnam is INR 7,29,100 for the entire duration i.e. 5 years, of the course. It is quite affordable according to other law schools.

Unfortunately, There is no LLB programme through distance mode. As per the guidelines framed by Bar Council of India, LLB programme will be offered through regular mode due to the importance of moot court, complex course module. If any university offer this course through distance mode, than the degree is not valid and not acceptable further to get the license from bar council. However, you can get a good job after completing your current education, M.Com.

With an EWS rank of 1066 and an All India Rank of 11955 in CLAT 2024 you have a moderate but potentially competitive chance of being admitted to the BBA LLB programme at IIM Rohtak. The BBA LLB programme at IIM Rohtak has a very competitive admissions process that usually gives preference to applicants with higher ranks. To get admission to NMIMS BA LLB (Hons) course, candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Aspirants need to create an account for NMIMS-LAT. After registering for NMIMS-LAT, complete the application process and appear for the exam. Apart from NMIMS-LAT, the university also accepts CLAT scores for admission to this programme.
