Yes, you can apply for MBA. You can appear for the entrance exams to save your one year and have show proof of passing the pending exam at the time of admission and counselling.

Yes, you can take admission in the Ajeenkya DY Patil University-School of Law for the 5-year LLB programme without appearing for the ACET (ADYPU Common Entrance Test). The eligibility criteria for the BA LLB programme at ADYPU School of Law is to have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). Students who have appeared for their 12th standard final examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submitting the passing certificate at the time of final admission.

The Candidate should have passed Graduation in Law (LL.B / BA.LLB / BBA.LLB / BSc.LLB / B.Com.LLB) from any recognised University with not less than 50% marks (45% in case of SC / ST and persons with disability). Candidates awaiting results may also apply for the programme. Admission into LLM programme is based on LSAT / CLAT programme. As per the orders of the Supreme Court, there is no age limit for candidates who wish to pursue LLM.
