BMS College of Law offers BCom LLB courses annually for the duration of the five years. The placement details of the current batch 2024 are yet to be released on the official website. Once it is released, it will be updated here. However, the placement details of BCom LLB batch 2022 is disclosed in the NIRF report 2023. NLU Visakhapatnam offers admission to LLM programme on the basis of merit in the CLAT exam. The course aspirants who have passed integrated law courses/LLB with at least 50% aggregate can apply for admission. Eligible candidates can visit the CLAT official website to apply. After the exam result declaration, the cutoff rank is announced for each of the course specialisation. Candidates who meet the DSNLU LLM CLAT cutoff can participate in CLAT counselling. Following the seat allotment, candidates need to report at DSNLU and pay admission fee for seat confirmation.

NLU Visakhapatnam admit candidates to the LLM programme based on merit in CLAT exam. The applications are out for the entrance test. Candidates are required to submit CLAT 2025 applications on or before Oct 15. The exam is to be held on Dec 1. Moreover, the counselling dates will be out soon.

To get admission into the BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law, required candidates to fulfil the eligibility criteria first i.e., candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 45%, and 40% for SC and ST candidates. Candidates can apply online for admission to the BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law. Currently, the official website of the college is showing the notification of BCom LLB admission 2024. However, the website has removed the 'Apply Now' tab from the website. Hence, 2024 admission is closed now, and the college does not provide an accurate date for applying for the BCom LLB course and its entrance exam. Prospective candidates can directly reach the college's admission office for clarification on admission dates for the last 2024 batch and for the upcoming 2025 batch.

To get admission to a five-year BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law, candidates must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognised board. Admission to this course is based on both merit and entrance. Candidates are required to qualify BMSCLAT entrance test, after qualifying the basic eligibility criteria. In the last step of the admission process, the college releases a merit list according to the scores secured by the candidates in the entrance examination (BMSCLAT).

The degree holders can work as Public Prosecutor, Legal Associate, Civil Judge in various Government Departments. Yes, you can get admission in a LLM course of DSNLU with that rank. In 2024, the closing rank for LLM in Criminal Law stood at 2033. Hence, there are chances of your selection. The NLU Visakhapatnam LLM closing rank can vary from one specialisation to another. However, considering the cutoff trend, you may get admission in a LLM course in the subsequent rounds, even if not the first round of seat allotment.
