The RULET exam syllabus is divided into four main sections:

While the official syllabus might not provide specific weightage for each topic, sources suggest a focus on English Language and Legal Reasoning with approximately equal weightage. General Knowledge and Current Affairs, and Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning might carry slightly less weightage compared to the first two sections.
