For admission to LLB at Madhusudan Law College, candiates must have twelve years of school education with 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST). LLB selection is done on the basis of Entrance exam.   • There is no upper age limit for the undergraduate programme in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

The minimum cutoff for BA LLB at NLU Lucknow in 2023 is not yet available. However, the University of Lucknow will release the BA LLB and LLB cut-offs 2023 during the counselling and admission process . The cut-offs for LU LLB 2023 will depend on various factors such as marks obtained by the candidates, rank, reservation policy, and seat availability . Overall, the HNLU Raipur offers a total of 90 seats in the LL.M course, among which some seats are reserved by the universities. Some seats are reserved for the Female Candidate. Some seats for the Disabled people and some seats for the candidates from the Reserved category. As the University is Government run it doesn't accept a larger number of students and all the students are generally selected on the basis of merit. Such a candidate should meet all the required criteria and conditions stated by the University.

The number of seats available for the B.A. LL.B. program at Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU) is 60, out of which 25 percent of the seats are reserved for Himachal Pradesh Domicile Candidates. However, the university is relatively new, having been established in 2016. As of 2023, Himachal Pradesh National Law University accepts Common Law Admission Test scores for admission to its undergraduate courses, including BA LLB.
