If the eligible candidate has secured 50% or above in CLAT then Ramaiah College of Law may exempt the candidate from taking the RCL Admission Test. If the candidate has not taken CLAT or if the candidate has not secured the threshold score in CLAT then taking the RCLAT is compulsory. But registration and PI in each case for admission in BA LLB is compulsory.

Chanakya National Law University Patna BA LLB (hons) curriculum starts the elective courses from the seventh semester. In the seventh semester, there are only three elective courses. However, starting from the ninth semester, the remaining curriculum only covers the elective subjects chosen by the BA LLB (hons) students of Chanakya National Law University Patna.

The BA LLB (hons) admission cutoff has seen a small increase which might be the result of either better CLAT-UG scores than the previous year or more applicants for BA LLB (hons) admissions.

Candidates are required to complete atleast six months of internship during the curriculum of BA LLB (hons) course at Chanakya National Law University Patna. Ambedkar College of Law, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, DNR College of Law, KL University, Vignan's Foundation, and Adikavi Nannaya University. These colleges give 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses with good teachers, nice campus, and good placements too.

The candidates who want to get admission in BA LLB at Ramaiah College of Law have to register on the college website. Then the eligible candidate are intimated about the RCL Admission Test and the Personal Interview. Even if the candidate has scored the threshold score in CLAT and is exempted from the RCL Admission Test due to this same reason, still it is mandatory to have a telephonic interview to complete the selection process for admission and secure a seat at the college.

The AP LAWCET 2026 exam date is already announced by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The aplawcet 2026 will happen on May 4, 2026. This test will be held in offline mode at many exam centres across Andhra Pradesh. You will write the exam for getting admission into 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB law courses in different colleges of the state.
