Major differences that are concerning for LLM students are what specializations are offered. The Institute of Law and Research may offer specializations such as International Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Human Rights Law, and Environmental Law whereas on the other hand, MDU offers constitutional law, corporate law, and criminal law.
