The admissions at Lexicon MILE are held on the basis of various accepted entrance tests. These tests include the prominent Management entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, and CMAT. These exams are accepted for admissions into the flagship PGDM course at the institute. For admissions into the internationally-aligned MBA/PGDM+MS courses, students can appear for the specialised Lexicon Aptitude Test (LAT).

Lexicon MILE offers PGDM programme in a full-time mode at the PG level. Further, two international courses are also offered by the institute. To be eligible for the PGDM programme at Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence, candidates generally need to meet a few criteria.
