The basic LIC AAO eligibility criterion for a Specialist is that candidates should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institution. Candidates should be at minimum 21 years of age to apply for the LIC AAO Specialist post. The upper age limit is 30 years for AAO Specialist CS, Actuarial, Insurance Specialists and 32 years for CA and Legal posts. Have a look at the post-wise AAO Specialist eligibility below:

  • Graduation
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 years

However, the upper age limit is relaxed for SC, ST, OBC and PwD.

The basic pay for the LIC AAO post is INR 53600 per month. The LIC AAO pay scale is INR 53600- 2645 (14) –90630– 2865 (4) –102090 and other admissible allowances. The total LIC AAO salary inclusive of House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), etc. wherever admissible will be approximately INR 92870 per month in ‘A’ Class city.
