LIC AAO 2025: The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) released the LIC AAO Prelims admit card on September 25, 2025. Candidates can download the LIC AAO hall ticket using their registration number/ roll number and date of birth or password. The direct LIC AAO admit card 2025 download link is shared below. Also, check below the LIC AAO exam day guidelines 2025. The LIC AAO Prelims exam will be held on October 3, 2025. The Corporation has announced 350 vacancies for Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Generalist and 410 vacancies for AAO Specialist. The LIC AAO application form was released on August 16. The last date to submit the LIC AAO online form was September 8, 2025. The LIC will conduct the AAO Mains exam on November 8, 2025.

Change in LIC AAO Paper Pattern: There is a deduction of 1/4th marks for each wrong answer as negative marking in LIC AAO prelims exam 2025.

A: 

After appointed as the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) in the LIC, a candidate will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. If a candidate fails to achieve the minimum standard of his/her services, his or her services will be terminated as per the policy of Corporation.

The LIC AAO is different from LIC ADO post. The LIC ADO works under the Divisional Officers and help in building the business through the recruitment of LIC agents. The LIC AAO exam is conducted in three stages. Following are the stages in the LIC AAO exam:

LIC AAO Notification

The notification marks the beginning of the LIC recruitment process. LIC AAO Prelims Exam

LIC AAO Exam is conducted online as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam is conducted at the national level at the designated exam centres. The candidates need to reach the exam centre one hour before the exam begins and follow all the instructions provided with the admit card.

LIC AAO Result

LIC AAO Result is declared after the evaluation of all the exam copies. The LIC AAO Result is declared separately for each stage of the exam. 

LIC AAO Main Exam

The candidates who qualify for the prelims exam are called for the LIC AAO Main Exam. It comprises two parts: an objective and a descriptive paper. Descriptive papers of only those candidates will be evaluated who qualify in the objective paper of the main examination.
