Hi,
As you have already completed your graduation in life sciences, so I will suggest you to prepare for any non-technical government jobs. There are many vacancies coming in railways, banking, SSC CGL and many others. So start your preparation for competitive examination. But, if you have interest in higher studies, then you can go for Masters Course in life sciences. Best of luck.

Life Science entrance exam includes topics such as Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Techniques in Biotechnology and applications of plant biotechnology. Follow standard books like Lehninger (Biochemistry), GM Cooper (Cell bio), Watson (Mol bio), Wilson and Walker (Techniques in Biotech) during graduation. Before 3 months of the entrance exam, follow PATHFINDER (part 1 and 2) books. They are the best kind of instant notes to revise all the subjects. Also, solve MCQs from Path Finder.

You should go for MBA HR. Because, HR is a specialization, which is required in every sector, and if you choose MBA Hospital management, then you are restricting your field, then you will be only focused on hospital management only. This is what I think. So, you should first search everything properly then take some decision.

Yes, you can, there are a variety of Specializations you can enroll into, but see if you want to have a MBA within your supporting background of Life sciences (which is highly not possible), but possibly something new like:
General Management. International Management. Human Resource management. Consulting. Finance
Entrepreneurship. Operations Management etc. There are some PGDM colleges which even let you have Dual or triple Specialization.

Hi, Generally, the questions in TUEE for M.Sc will be whatever you were taught in sciences in class 11-12 also question may come from B.Sc. Its good to sharpen you basics on your particular subject for the exam. But time is crucial you may be short of times so managing time during the examination is crucial.
