The admissions are open for the BA programme at UPES School of Law for the academic year of 2026-27. The last date to apply for the BA course is May 30, 2026. Students are suggested to apply for the BA programme before the last date. The application form is available on the admission page of the college.

There is only one BA specialisation available at UPES School of Law. The School of Law offers BA in AI and Law. Students have to meet the eligibility of the course to get admission. Students have to appear in CUET PG and obtain good marks to get selected.

If you have 50% marks in Class 12, you can take admission to the UPES School of Law BA programme. As the eligibility requirement for the course is 50% marks in Class 12, you can apply for the course. But for the selection, you have to appear in the CUET UG exam and get a decent score. Also, you have to attend the interview round if you clear the entrance test.

Yes, XIM University, Bhubaneswar offers scholarships to BBA LLB students from EWS category. Scholarship for the SC/ST/ EWS/Minority students is offered to 1 ST student, 1 SC student, and 1 EBW/ Minority student. It is given as 30% concession on tuition fee and continued in the coming years only if the student gets minimum 7.5 CGPA without any back paper in each of the following years.

Selected students have to pay INR 5,000 for Alumni Activities fee, INR 10,000 as Caution Deposit and INR 80,000 as first semester fee at the time of admission in BBA LLB (Hons) in XIM University, Bhubaneswar.

Total tuition fee for BBA LLB  (Hons) for 5 years in XIM University, Bhubaneswar for is INR 8.62 lakh. Hostel fee charged by the institute is INR 35,000 per semester. There are other one-time or per semester payments also that students need to pay.
