Firstly, you should be clear with your motive for LLM. If it is for a corporate job, gaining knowledge, or an academic career. LLM business law specializations would be more focused on the study of that law which deal with day to day business activities like specific trade law and business law. Whereas corporate law is more about company law, financial I. e law dealing with corporates like merger and acquisition. Corporate law is more lucrative and demanding. I will suggest you do LL. LLM course is one year or two year course depending on universities and colleges . Every Universities or colleges have their own entrance examinations.
IILM University Gurugram conducts interviews of prospective students. The admission is decided mainly on the credential and merits of the prospective students.
