Hi Aman, if anyone cancels their admission from the 1st merit list or payment of fees is not done on time by them, then the waiting list candidates get a chance. However, be hopeful as there are three merit lists that shall be announced by the University, you might get a chance there, however it's only a probability. Do keep your options open.

Most of the Universities requires 45-55% marks in LLB. For pursuing LLM programme. It is recommendable here that not to pursue the distance learning LLM programme, because there is big confusion over Bar Council of India decision regarding this. Hence, it is better to go with regular LLM programme.

You need to check the criteria for that, because some colleges have strict cut off of at least 60% in LLB to be eligible for LLM. Some agree on just 55% as well. So, just go through the website for the information regarding the same.
