For doing LLM you will have to first do an LLB without which you can not directly enroll there. Since you are already graduate you are eligible for 3 year law only and then prepare for entrance exam for LLM which is of 1 year.

Kalinga University is an illegal degree selling shop and not a universal. There is no faculty members no classes and questions are leaked by the university to the students before the examination and all the students are allowed to do cheating during the examination. The university employs anti-social and too harsh. Innocent student's ragging is day to day activities. In law department, medical officers, police officers managers of MNC are enrolled for regular courses by paying lakes of rupees and getting degrees without attending a single class.

No, you cannot do LLM, if you do not do LLB. It is a postgraduate degree for which you require the corresponding undergraduate degree that is LLB either 5 year or 3 year.

Hi Aman, if anyone cancels their admission from the 1st merit list or payment of fees is not done on time by them, then the waiting list candidates get a chance. However, be hopeful as there are three merit lists that shall be announced by the University, you might get a chance there, however it's only a probability. Do keep your options open.
